A North West law firm ranked in the top 200 practices in the country has recently established a service for airline passengers who have their flights delayed or cancelled and has broken through the €100,000 compensation barrier in less than a month.
Bott & Co Solicitors, based in Wilmslow, is a consumer law firm practicing personal injury, credit hire and now flight compensation for delayed and cancelled flights. In just a few weeks the firm has represented 200 different claimants affected by 85 flights in the EU in making a claim against the responsible airlines under the European Union legislation 261.

£1.2m of compensation expected
Bott Aviation has been launched today by Bott & Company, the specialist consumer rights law firm, and EUclaim, the leading EU flight compensation claim company, to secure justice for airline passengers in the UK.
Bott Aviation is bringing an initial 1,400 cases to court on behalf of about 3,400 passengers. The partnership estimates that these initial claimants are due approximately £1.2 million of compensation under EC regulation 261/2004 (air passenger rights).
A staggering 94% of professionals in the personal injury industry believe that injured people will find it more difficult to access justice following reforms due to come in to force in April 2013.

THE Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association closes their ‘Month of Optimism’ campaign in some style with a £15,000 donation from two North West companies.
The MND Association is raising awareness about a terminal disease that kills five people every day and leaves sufferers unable to walk, talk, eat and breathe. The MND Association is the only national charity for MND in England, Wales and Northern Ireland providing care and support to people with MND, their families and carers and June saw them target £250,000 of donations during their annual campaign a Month of Optimism.

BOTT & CO WIN ILEX EMPLOYER OF THE YEAR 2011
The Institute of Legal Executives (ILEX) today announced the winner of Employer of the Year at their graduation event in Kempston, Bedford, as personal injury and conveyancing specialists Bott & Company.

Law firm Bott & Co has launched the UK's first Personal Injury iPhone application on iTunes that allows claimants to get instant access to a personal injury solicitor if they have been involved in a car accident.
The 'Car Incident Assistant' application and software developed by the IT Team at Bott & Co specialist personal injury lawyers gives car accident victims the ability to get instant advice and guidance including access to a specialist over the phone via the Bott & Co call centre.
