Excellent! – did as they said and obtained me a refund from the airline for a cancelled flight. The process was very simple and efficient. Would recommend them to anyone seeking a refund on a flight cancellation or delay. I tried a direct route first with the airline but they fobbed me off with excuses. I had to make an EU261 claim via Bott & Co for flight compensation when a British Airways flight was cancelled on the morning I was due to fly. The complaint body (CEDR) had denied the compensation as well as BA so I had to use Bott & Co. Bott & Co lodged a court claim and eventually BA settled. The process was pretty easy with Bott & Co and I was kept well informed. I would recommend them to anyone.
