This is a document the broker completes to show:
What your needs and requirements were
Why the finance product offered was suitable for you
How the broker assessed your circumstancesIt is sometimes called a Demands and Needs Analysis. FOS requests this document to understand why the broker recommended a particular finance arrangement.
