Our Story
We are an employee owned, multiple award winning consumer law firm based in Wilmslow, Cheshire, with expertise in Flight Delay Compensation, Mis-sold Car Finance Claims and Road Traffic Accident Claims.
We were founded back in 2001 by our Partners Paul Hinchliffe, Gary Froggatt and David Bott, who set up the firm to rival tough industry competition and have since built the business from a 22 staff headcount to almost 150, with an annual turnover of more than £16m.
Our Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) means Bott and Co is owned for the benefit of our people. There are no external shareholders, our future is shaped by the people who work here, giving everyone a greater sense of ownership, responsibility and opportunity.
