Paul Hassan LLb (Hons)

Solicitor

Paul is an experienced personal injury solicitor and a member of the Law Society and Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

His case load spans claims on behalf of individual victims across all aspects of personal injury. He has a particular interest in managing cases involving sport-related injuries, having helped establish a dedicated sports law department at a previous firm. One of his career highlights was assisting an insurer client defend a high profile case involving a professional golfer, which was eventually settled for several thousand pounds rather than the initial claim of several million pounds.

Outside of work Paul’s interests include fishing and cricket, and he is currently a playing member for the M.C.C.

Career history

Paul joined Bott & Co having spent four years specialising in defendant personal injury cases at Keoghs, where he qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and later became an Associate Partner and Team Leader. Prior to this Paul achieved a law degree from Staffordshire University and completed his law training for two years at a north west general practice, where he gained a broad range of legal experience, particularly in litigation.
