Chelsea started her career at Bott and Co in 2016 as a member of the Client First Response Team (CFRT).
It was her particular interest in road traffic accidents, customer service skills and quick grasp of assessing cases that help to maximise a client’s chances of achieving the best results that saw her quickly settle in the Road Traffic Accidents and Credit Hire department.
Her interest in Personal Injury became apparent after choosing it as an elective during her Legal Practitioners Course (LPC).
During her time in the CFRT department, she excelled in client care, problem solving, constantly assuring them that their claim is in good hands and approaching situations with empathy. Her skills have helped her current role as some of her tasks involve providing general administrative and clerical support, liaising with third parties, external agencies and suppliers, communicating with clients and keeping the client files up-to-date and organized, as well as drafting and preparing court documentation.
Chelsea understands that road traffic accident claims can be a stressful time for clients and she goes the extra mile to guide them in a straightforward manner, working proactively to iron out any issues which may arise.
“At the end of the day the client is what matters and getting them the best result possible is always important as well as giving me great job satisfaction,” says Chelsea.
Chelsea is dedicated and passionate about her role and is on hand to assist clients with kindness and expertise.
“It’s all about client satisfaction – I enjoy nothing more than contacting my client to confirm the amount of compensation I have recovered on their behalf. I endeavour to treat all our clients with kindness and respect throughout what can be a very difficult and emotional time.”
Her thoroughness, attention to detail and organisational skills have led to excellent client relationships as she continues to grow in her success with the firm.
Chelsea’s greatest achievements outside work is starting a non-profit organisation for women and running 18k for charity. She also enjoys reading.
