Litigation Executive
As a litigation executive, Neil has over fifteen years' experience of dealing with personal injury claims for accidents out and about, workplace compensationand road accident claims.He has a particular interest in cases involving long-term injury and also handles a large volume of claims against the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority on behalf of the firm.
Outside the firm, Neil is an avid Nottingham Forest supporter and enjoys travelling.
Career history
Neil is a member of the Institute of Legal Executives, and joined Bott & Co at the firm's outset in 2001. His largest personal injury claim settled to date is in excess of £500,000. Prior to this Neil gained experience at Neil Myerson solicitors and before that Moss and Haselhurst.
