Nicola Barlow Nicola is a litigation executive with over 13 years’ experience of personal injury claims. Focusing exclusively on road traffic accident claims, Nicola manages an extensive and varied caseload. This includes making applications to the Motor Insurers’ Bureau to seek compensation on behalf of victims of “hit and run” and “Uninsured” motorists. She regularly attends at Court and lists her career highlights to date as assisting on a test case involving catastrophic injury without the need to litigate, utilising the expertise of case management specialists and mediation to achieve settlement at £1.2 million.

Career history

Nicola has worked in the personal injury sector since leaving school. She initially joined Bott & Co at its inception in 2001, with five years’ prior experience at another personal injury practice. She subsequently gained experience at another personal injury firm where she also dealt with Employer Liability and Public Liability cases. She re-joined Bott and Company in 2008.
