Present your claim
We write to the person we believe is responsible for the personal injury claim, who pass it on to the insurance company. The insurance company has 3 weeks to acknowledge receipt of your claim.
Consider your claim
The insurance company has a further 3 months to investigate the claim and decide whether they accept their client was at fault. They may interview witnesses and gather police evidence if necessary.
If insurance company admits fault
The insurance company offers you personal injury compensation. We advise whether to accept the offer or try and negotiate a better offer.
If insurance company does not admit fault or makes unacceptable offer
