As a personal injury solicitor, Mike specialises in all aspects of this area of the law, including road traffic accident claims, slips and trips in public places and workplace compensation.

His caseload has included complex compensation claims, including those involving permanent disability, and he is also experienced in cases involving occupational diseases and recurring work-related injuries.

A member of the Law Society and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, Mike also organizes occasional training seminars for clients.

Career history

Mike qualified as a solicitor in 1993, following a degree in law from the University of Lancaster. Prior to joining Bott & Co, Mike gained initial experience in crime and family law, before specialising exclusively in personal injury law at a large specialist injury practice in Manchester.
