Karen Bannister Karen is a Litigation Executive responsible for a varied caseload of work, public and road traffic related personal injury cases, including high value claims. Karen has been with Bott & Co since its formation in 2001, joining from another claimant personal injury firm where she handled a large volume of road traffic accident cases. Karen’s outside interests include travelling, swimming and spending time with family.

Career history

Karen has experience in personal injury work dating back to 1985, with a pedigree that includes DLA, Halliwell Landau, Addleshaw Booth and James Chapman. In the latter role, Karen conducted defendant personal injury cases on behalf of insurers, while also assisting a partner on substantial disease and accident claims.
