Managing Partner

David Bott is the Managing Partner of Bott & Co. He joined forces with Paul Hinchliffe and Gary Froggat to establish the firm in 2001.

The trio shared a vision they remain committed to today, namely to provide expertise, service and support to claims generators and clients alike of the same high calibre as that traditionally enjoyed on the defendant side.

Proud of the firm and its people, David is passionate about the ethos of putting clients first and ensuring they retain every penny of compensation recovered on their behalf. He believes the firm’s greatest accolade is the fact that 100% of claims generators would recommend Bott & Co to others.

Career history

Prior to establishing Bott & Co, David amassed personal injury experience ‘on the other side of the fence’ at defendant insurer firm Keoghs in Bolton. He qualified as a solicitor in 1996, after his training contract in Stockport.

David is heavily involved in the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), the Law Society and the Spinal Injuries Association. He has been an Executive Committee member of APIL since 2006 and is the APIL representative on the Law Society Council.
