At Bott & Co we are always looking for ways to keep you better informed about the progress of your personal injury claim.  Whether by letter, email or SMS we look for ways to give you access to information in a way that suites you.

Our client online site is yet another feature we provide for keeping you informed about the progress of your personal injury claim. At the beginning of your personal injury claim we will provide you with a username and password to access your case online, via the ‘Client Login’ link at the top right of the Bott & Co home page.

The client online site gives you a brief summary of your personal injury case which includes your unique reference with us and your case handler’s name. You will also have access to the history of your case, including all letters that we have sent to you. You can access your account as many times as you like.
